# Changing the Default WhatsApp App for Messaging

3sigma CRM makes it easy to connect with leads over WhatsApp. If you have both **WhatsApp Personal** and **WhatsApp Business** installed on your phone and want to switch which app 3sigma CRM uses to send messages, follow these steps.

### 1. Reset WhatsApp Defaults

To change the app used for sending messages:

1. Open your device’s **Settings**.
2. Navigate to **Apps** > **Default Apps** > **Opening Links**.
