🛠 How to Connect IndiaMART to 3sigma

You can choose Pull or Push integration. Both are easy to set up.

🔁 Option 1: Pull Integration (Syncs Every 10–15 mins)

1. Log in to your IndiaMART Seller Panel IndiaMART CRM API

2. Generate CRM Key

   • Go to "Lead Manager" → "Import/Export Leads"

   • Tap on "Pull/PUSH API"

   • Choose 3sigma from the list (or type it in)

   • Generate your CRM Key

3. Connect to 3sigma

   • Open the 3sigma App → Go to More > Settings > Manage Integrations

   • Choose IndiaMART

   • Paste the CRM Key and tap Connect

🎉 Done! Leads will begin syncing every 10–15 minutes.

⚡ Option 2: Push Integration (Instant Real-Time Syncing)

This option delivers leads instantly with no delay. Great for faster response times.

1. Log in to your IndiaMART Seller Panel IndiaMART CRM API

2. Activate Push API

   • Go to "Lead Manager" → "Import/Export Leads"

   • Tap on "Push API"

   • From the CRM dropdown, select Others

   • Enter:

     • Platform Name: 3sigma

     • Webhook URL: (You’ll get this in the 3sigma app)

1. Copy the Webhook URL from 3sigma

   • Go to More > Settings > Manage Integrations > IndiaMART

   • Tap on Push Integration

   • Copy the provided Webhook URL and paste it in the IndiaMART panel

2. Confirm OTP sent to your mobile to activate

🎉 Done! You’ll now receive leads in real-time inside 3sigma.
