3sigma makes it easy to connect your IndiaMART account and automatically import leads—whether from direct messages, buy leads, incoming calls—directly into your 3Sigma CRM.

You can choose between **Pull-based syncing (every 10–15 mins)** or **Push-based real-time syncing** for faster updates.

### 🛠 How to Connect IndiaMART to 3sigma

You can choose **Pull** or **Push** integration. Both are easy to set up.

#### 🔁 Option 1: Pull Integration (Syncs Every 10–15 mins)

1. **Log in to your IndiaMART Seller Panel**\
   [IndiaMART CRM API](https://seller.indiamart.com/)
2. **Generate CRM Key**
   * Go to *"Lead Manager"* → *"Import/Export Leads"*
   * Tap on *"Pull/PUSH API"*
   * Choose *3sigma* from the list (or type it in)
   * Generate your CRM Key
3. **Connect to 3sigma**
   * Open the 3sigma App → Go to `More > Settings > Manage Integrations`
   * Choose *IndiaMART*
   * Paste the CRM Key and tap **Connect**

🎉 Done! Leads will begin syncing every 10–15 minutes.

#### ⚡ Option 2: Push Integration (Instant Real-Time Syncing)

This option delivers leads **instantly** with no delay. Great for faster response times.

1. **Log in to your IndiaMART Seller Panel**\
   [IndiaMART CRM API](https://seller.indiamart.com/)
2. **Activate Push API**
   * Go to *"Lead Manager"* → *"Import/Export Leads"*
   * Tap on *"Push API"*
   * From the CRM dropdown, select *Others*
   * Enter:
     * **Platform Name**: 3sigma
     * **Webhook URL**: *(You’ll get this in the 3sigma app)*

1. **Copy the Webhook URL from 3sigma**
   * Go to `More > Settings > Manage Integrations > IndiaMART`
   * Tap on *Push Integration*
   * Copy the provided Webhook URL and paste it in the IndiaMART panel
2. **Confirm OTP** sent to your mobile to activate

#### 🔔 Notifications & Troubleshooting

* You’ll get alerts in 3sigma if there’s any issue with the integration.
* Leads will start appearing within 24 hours after connecting.
* Importing leads from the past will be done automatically, we will automatically sync all inquries from JAN 01 till date.
