Exporting Leads 📤

Exporting leads from 3sigma CRM is a simple and secure process designed for admins to manage and back up data efficiently. Whether you need to retarget, process leads, or maintain a record of your interactions, exporting leads provides you with an organized Excel dump of your data, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips.

#How to Export Leads 🔄#

To export your leads, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Export Option

    • Go to the More menu in the app.

    • Select Settings from the dropdown options.

    • Choose Export Leads.

  2. Receive the Excel File 📧

    • After initiating the export, you’ll receive an Excel file containing all your lead data. This file will be sent to your verified email address.

    • Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email within five minutes. The preparation process may take some time depending on the volume of data, so be patient.

Important Notes ⚠️

  • Only users with admin permissions can access and execute the export function. If you're not an admin, contact your team admin to perform this action.

  • Make sure your email is verified before initiating the export. Only verified email addresses are eligible to receive the exported data.

  • Rest assured that your data is fully backed up and secure during the export process. 3sigma CRM follows strict data protection protocols to ensure your information remains safe.
