Admin access in 3sigma
How to Connect Facebook Audience
Step 1: Start the Connection
Go to Integrations → Facebook Audience in 3sigma.
Click Connect Facebook.
A secure Meta login window will open.
Log in and allow the permissions shown.
Step 2: Choose Your Ad Account
After login:
Select the Ad Account you want to use for Custom Audiences.
Step 3: Choose or Create an Audience
You can:
Create a new audience (recommended), or
Sync contacts to an existing audience.
What You Can Do
Sync all leads into a single master audience
Add leads to different audiences based on stage or tags
Use 3sigma Automation to auto-sync contacts
Build lookalike audiences inside Facebook Ads Manager
Run retargeting ads for warm or lost leads
Automation Examples
New lead → Add to “All Leads” audience
Stage changes to “Interested” → Add to “Warm Leads”
Marked as “Customer” → Add to “Customer Audience”
Unqualified → Remove from audience

Troubleshooting
Login not working – Allow pop-ups and check Facebook access.
Audience not visible – Ensure you selected the right Business and Ad Account.
Changes not updating – Facebook may take a few minutes to refresh audience size.
