Integrating Facebook Lead Forms with our CRM allows you to automatically sync and import leads generated from your Facebook and Instagram ads. This integration is essential for capturing potential clients and streamlining your lead management.

Prerequisites

Before you begin the integration process, ensure you have the following:

  • Facebook Business Account: You need a Facebook Business account to create and manage lead ads.

  • Admin Access: You must be added to your Facebook Business account.

Steps to Integrate Facebook Lead Forms

  1. Open the Leads Screen:

    • Go to the Leads section in your CRM app.

    • Tap the + button in the bottom right corner.

    • Tap "add from integrations"

  2. Connect Your Facebook Business account:

    • Select Facebook Business from the integration options.

    • Tap Connect, log in, and authorize 3sigma.

  3. Sync Leads Automatically:

    • Imported leads will be available in your CRM, and you can set team assignments as needed.

Importing Past Leads

You can also import leads from the past 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 90 days. This will fetch leads from all connected Facebook Pages and add them to your account without creating duplicates. Remember, Facebook only keeps leads for a maximum of 90 days.

Disconnecting Your Facebook Account

To disconnect your Facebook account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Leads screen and tap the + button.

  2. Access Integrations and select your facebook.

  3. Tap Disconnect.

Common Errors and Solutions

  1. Expiring Permissions:

    • If your Facebook permissions expire, you will receive a notification prompting you to reconnect your Facebook account. Simply follow the reconnection steps outlined earlier to restore access.

  2. Existing CRM Connections:

    • If you have previously connected another CRM, you must revoke that access to prevent delays or missed leads. Here’s how to do it:

    • Go to your Facebook Business Manager Settings: Facebook Business Manager Settings

      • Click on Integrations > Leads Access.

      • Select the Business/Page you’re receiving leads from.

      • Click on the CRMs tab.

      • Click on the Assign CRMs button.

      • Select 3Sigma CRM from the list.

      • Click the Assign button, then click Done.

    • After following these steps, 3sigma should appear under your Connected CRMs list, and you will receive instant new lead alerts going forward.

  3. Connecting a Different Facebook Account:

    • If you want to connect a different Facebook account, log out of Facebook on your browser and device before reconnecting.

  4. Not Receiving Leads or Experiencing Delays? If you're facing issues with lead reception, consider the following solutions:

    • Verify Connected Account and Pages: Check your connected Facebook Account and Pages in the 3sigma app by going to the Account tab > Integrations > Facebook. Update as needed.

    • Ensure Active Lead Ads: Confirm that your Facebook Lead Ads are running and generating new leads. Download leads from your Facebook Forms Library to verify. If no new leads have been generated since connecting to 3sigma, you won’t see any leads added to your account.

    • Check Permissions: Ensure your Facebook Account has sufficient permissions to access leads.

Managing Your Facebook Integration

We automatically refresh your connected Facebook Pages and forms. If you need to update your connection, you can easily reconnect and refresh your list.

Note: You can connect one Facebook account with unlimited Pages. All relevant details, such as Ad Sets, Pages, Forms, and custom information, will be available in your lead info.
