Our CRM app offers a powerful feature that allows users to manage multiple businesses seamlessly. This feature is designed for users who run multiple ventures and need separate CRM accounts, team structures, and lead management systems, all within one app. Here's how you can make the most of this functionality:


What is Multi-Business Management?

With our multi-business management feature, you can:

  • Create Multiple Businesses: Set up entirely separate CRM accounts for each business. Each account operates independently, allowing you to customize settings, manage different teams, and track separate leads.

  • Shared Subscription Limit: The subscription limit is shared across all your businesses, simplifying management while providing flexibility.

  • Ultimate Plan Requirement: This feature is exclusively available for users on the Ultimate Plan.


Adding Team Members in Multi-Business Accounts

Adding team members to your businesses is simple and efficient:

  1. Inviting Team Members: Send an invitation via WhatsApp or email. Once the invite is accepted, the team member can start working immediately.

  2. Role Switching: Team members can hold different roles in different businesses. For example, someone can be an admin in one business, an employee in another, or a manager elsewhere. This flexibility ensures that roles are tailored to the needs of each business.


Switching Between Businesses

Switching between businesses is effortless and can be done on both the mobile app and the web:

  • On Mobile:

    1. Go to the More menu.

    2. Tap the business name displayed at the top of the screen.

    3. Select the business you want to switch to.

  • On Web:

    1. Click on your Profile in the top-right corner of the screen.

    2. Select Switch Business from the dropdown menu.

This intuitive switching process allows you to manage all your businesses without logging in and out repeatedly.
