3sigma CRM is designed to send you instant alerts for new leads generated through Facebook Lead Ads, so you can follow up immediately and close more deals.

However, if you’re seeing delays in receiving these alerts, the issue may be related to your Facebook Business settings—especially if you've connected other CRMs like HubSpot in the past or made changes to your Facebook Business Manager.

If we detect delays for your account, we’ll show a warning in your lead alert emails to let you know. To fix this and ensure real-time lead delivery to 3sigma CRM, follow these steps:


âś… How to Enable Real-Time Lead Alerts for 3sigma CRM

  1. Go to your Facebook Business Manager Lead Access settings:

  2. Click on Integrations > Leads Access

  3. Choose the Facebook Page that is collecting your leads

  4. Click the CRMs tab

  5. Select Assign CRMs

  6. Find and select 3sigma CRM from the list

  7. Click Assign, then Done


Once this is done, 3sigma CRM will be listed under your Connected CRMs, and you’ll start receiving instant lead alerts for your Facebook leads.
