# Delayed Facebook Lead Alerts

**3sigma CRM** is designed to send you **instant alerts** for new leads generated through **Facebook Lead Ads**, so you can follow up immediately and close more deals.

However, if you’re seeing delays in receiving these alerts, the issue may be related to your **Facebook Business settings**—especially if you've connected other CRMs like HubSpot in the past or made changes to your Facebook Business Manager.

If we detect delays for your account, we’ll show a **warning in your lead alert emails** to let you know. To fix this and ensure **real-time lead delivery** to 3sigma CRM, follow these steps:

#### ✅ How to Enable Real-Time Lead Alerts for 3sigma CRM

1. Go to your Facebook Business Manager Lead Access settings:\
   <https://business.facebook.com/settings/leads-accesses>
2. Click on **Integrations** > **Leads Access**
3. Choose the **Facebook Page** that is collecting your leads
4. Click the **CRMs** tab
5. Select **Assign CRMs**
6. Find and select **3sigma CRM** from the list
7. Click **Assign**, then **Done**

Once this is done, **3sigma CRM** will be listed under your **Connected CRMs**, and you’ll start receiving **instant lead alerts** for your Facebook leads.
