Managing lead details

The Lead Details page centralizes all tools to help you manage, track, and act on your leads efficiently. It provides a comprehensive view and access to key actions, ensuring you stay organized and responsive.

You can track all lead activities and details in one place—see who did what, when, and identify any missed actions, helping you stay on top of every step in your sales process.


1. Contact and Share

  • Contact Leads 📞: Reach out via phone, email, or WhatsApp directly from the app.

  • Share Digital Card: Quickly send clickable PDF cards directly from the app.

  • Share Content: Easily share documents, brochures, and marketing materials with leads.

  • Share Quotations & Invoices: Instantly create and send professional PDFs to speed up deal closures.


2. Organize and Track Leads

  • Lead Status 🔄: Move leads through stages like new, in progress, or sold to keep your pipeline organized.

  • Lead Labels 🏷️: Use customizable labels for quick profiling and management.

  • Lead Score ⭐: Assign a score (0-100) to prioritize follow-ups based on engagement and conversion likelihood.

  • Timeline 🕰️: View the entire lead history with automatically logged activities. Employees can also manually add activities for accurate tracking.


3. Manage Lead Details and Tasks

  • Tasks 📋: Create, assign, and manage follow-up tasks for your team members to ensure actions are taken.

  • Notes 📝: Add or record audio notes for additional lead details.

  • Additional Info ℹ️: Access all extra details related to the lead for an in-depth view.


4. File Management

  • Edit Lead Details ⚙️: Edit lead information, save changes, or convert leads to contacts.

  • Lead Options:

    • Move or copy leads to other custom lists.

    • Assign/unassign leads to team members.

    • Track tasks and actions performed by the team.


6. Permissions and Restrictions

  • Delete Restrictions: Only admins can delete leads; employees can manage details but not delete them.


7. Special Features

  • DND (Do Not Disturb) 🚫: Mark leads as DND to stop any communication attempts and prevent team members from contacting them.

  • Freeze Lead ❄️: Lock editing capabilities for leads, ensuring no changes can be made without admin approval.
